Terms of use

• No files with forbidden content, for example pornography, child pornography, racist media and/or illegal copies of copyrighted material. This list is not exclusive.
• You may not store any data with illegal contents on Hotfile and make copyrighted material contents publicly available.
• Any breach of the Upload rules, may result in immediate deletion of files.
• We do not charge for file download or file upload but be aware your standard data charges apply.
• Files are not kept indefinitely on Hotfile and may be deleted after a period of time which Hotfile deems the file to be surplus to requirements, such a period could result from the file not being accessed and or downloaded for a period of 30 days.
